SDET Lead

Job Specification:
We are looking for a results-oriented candidate that is capable to perform. solid test planning and test development for a major feature on a software team through one or more full product cycles and has ability to function autonomously and demonstrate success in the rapid change and aggressive scheduling. The candidate will be expected to design, spec and implement tests, common code, infrastructure and automation systems, debug product code and propose potential solutions for all elements of international quality assurance: Globalization, Localizability, Localization, and Marketization. Other responsibilities include but not limited to managing an offshore outsource test team for the bulk of test execution work related to the project as well as working with Shanghai team closely to deliver international product test signoffs.

Education:
A BS or MS degree in Computer Science.

Language:
Good verbal and written communication skills in a cross group collaboration/influence environment.

KSA:
1.
Candidates must have a good test methodology background.
2.
Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices
3.
Have strong coding and troubleshooting skills, be able to adapt to new technology quickly.
4.
Have good communication skills, and have the ability to see the big picture as well as understand the fine details of web services.
5.
Knowledge of mobile specific technologies, xHTML, cHTML, WML, WAP and Client services experience preferred.
6.
Knowledge of LocStudio, Pseudo-Localization process will be a plus.

Experience:
1.
1-3 plus years software testing experience.
2.
International testing and Management experience preferred.
