Project Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Project Integration Management - develops and executes project plans and controls overall changes.

-
Project scope management - initiates, plans, defines, verifies and controls change of scope.

-
Project time management - defines activities, sequences and estimates duration. Develops and controls schedules.

-
Project cost management - plans resources, estimates, budgets and controls costs.

-
Project quality management - plans, assures and controls quality.

-
Project human resources management - responsible for organizational planning, staff acquisition and team development.

-
Project communications management - plans communication, distributes information and reports performance.

-
Project risk management - identifies, quantifies and develops action plans to minimize impacts.

-
Project procurement management - plans, selects sources and administers assignments and contracts.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB :
-
University degree in computer science, EE or related areas with outstanding academic records;

-
Excellent knowledge of software development process, telecom mobile industry and IT technology;

-
Well experience in IT industry;

-
Strong track record of project management with minimum 5 years related working experience;

-
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills both in English and Mandarin.
