Role: IT Specialist - Software Configuration Management
Band: 7/8
1. Job Responsibilities:
· Work effectively in providing software configuration management service for CDL internal users.
· Co-work with WW SCM team colleague to provide technical services on Rational Multisite ClearCase, ClearQuest including technical consultation, solution design, implementation, and skills transfer.
· Provide the technical expertise to resolve related critical customer issues.
2.  Job Requirements (Skills/Experiences):
· Familiar with AIX/Linux/Windows OS
· Familiar with Software Configuration Management Process
· Familiar with Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest
· Familiar with Shell scripts/Perl
· Familiar with ISO20000" target="_blank" class="relatedlink">ITIL is a plus
· Excellent communication skills and service consciousness
· Creative problem solving, flexibility, and adaptability.
3.  Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
· Bachelor or Higher with computer science or related major
· 4+ years relevant working experience in Multisite ClearCase/ClearQuest. If new campus with good potential and interested with SCM, we can also consider.
· Relevant IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest certification is a plus
· English: Fluent
· Chinese simplified: Fluent

· Familiar with Shell scripts/Perl
· Familiar with ITIL is a plus
· Excellent communication skills and service consciousness
· Creative problem solving, flexibility, and adaptability.
3.  Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
· Bachelor or Higher with computer science or related major
· 4+ years relevant working experience in Software Configuration Management.
· Relevant IBM Rational Team Concert/Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest certification is a plus.
· English: Fluent
· Chinese simplified: Fluent

不过现在貌似要比这篇文章里面提的底线要提高了一些了，上限可能没有调整，这3个职位是Band7-8
