Job title:资深软件流程顾问 (PPM)
Job Description:
1.
SPI
a)
Plan and execute assigned process improvement initiative in STS covering multiple locations
b)
Achieve planned PI initiative results
c)
Overall responsibility for the successful execution of the assigned PI initiative
d)
Role includes Segment / BU / STS stakeholder relationship management and people management
2.
Consulting
a)
Plan and execute process consulting assignments such as CMMI L2 / L3 for
multiple SunGard BU / client engagements
b)
Capability building for his / her consulting service area
c)
Overall responsibility to ensure allocated consulting engagements are successfully executed
d)
Act as a liaison between STS and client/ BU for his / her consulting engagements, resource loading and billing
e)
Role includes process consulting pre sales, engagement management, solution provider, BU / Client relationship management and people management
3.
Client/ BU Management Responsibilities:
a)
Build and develop existing/new relationship with Client/ BU through market, product and client/ BU knowledge
b)
Strategic involvement with client/ BU on new consulting engagement initiation
c)
Enhance the overall customer experience through innovative suggestions on overall
business pain points
d)
Monitor and track client/ BU satisfaction and constantly identify
ways to enrich the customer experience
e)
Manage and drive actions to exceed client/BU expectations
f)
Identify future business opportunities with the client/ BU
4.
Resource Management Responsibilities:
a)
Manage resource utilization and profitability of the assigned consulting engagements
b)
Actively participate in hiring process including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
5.
Team Management Responsibilities:
a)
Create and lead a team of process consultants
b)
Make decisions relating to salary of team members and provide the final approval for salary decisions of his / her team members
c)
Manage team motivational levels and build a team for high productivity while managing aspirations of individuals
d)
Proactively manage the internal communications of the team and conduct regular progress meetings, ensure that minutes are documented and action items are tracked to closure Create, develop and guide development plans of the team and team members
Requirements:
1.
Education:
a)
Bachelor’s Degree in computer or related
2.
Experience:
b)
11-15 years
c)
Minimum of 3 years of SPI program / project management experience in reputed organization
d)
Minimum of 3 years of process consulting experience as Lead Consultant / equivalent in reputed organization
3.
Mandatory Skill:
a)
CMMI, PMI, IEEE
b)
Global Process consulting experience
c)
Software life cycles and related methodologies and standards
d)
SEPG, PPQA, Metrics management
e)
CMMI Intro /
Intermediate /
SCAMPI B
4.
Desiable Skill:
a)
Software Technology skills
b)
Software testing
c)
